Terms and Conditions

Please read through the Terms and Conditions thoroughly before enrolling. When purchasing access to a workshop, you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on the Movementality Education website, movementalityeducation.com and as provided on our booking site. 

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment must be made prior to booking. To book into a workshop you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of booking in the studio.

  2. Cancellations made after the beginning of the workshop are not valid. Once access has been granted, we’re not able to refund workshop fees unless we can definitively determine no content has been viewed.

  3. The Client accepts that the workshop schedule is subject to change without notice. We are at the mercy of our presenters, and they have their own lives which can impact scheduling.

  4. Any changes will be communicated to the participants as soon as humanly possible. We will provide the option to change, refund the workshop, or retain credit for future workshops.

  5. Once a workshop has been attended or accessed, it is non-refundable.

  6. Participating in workshops require certain levels of respect for fellow participants, the presenters, and the organisers. If any other interested parties lodge complaint against you, you may be removed from the workshop. You may retain access to the recording.

  7. Participating in a workshop is at your own physical and mental health risk. We encourage you to ensure you’re working to the level appropriate to you. We also do not accept liability for any underlying health concerns that may be triggered by participating in professional development for Pilates.

  8. We will actively advertise and advise on presenter content to the best of our knowledge, and the participant must make their own choices around what they participate in.

  9. Workshops are recorded for access anytime after completion. This is then resold within Thrivecart as part of Movementality Education. At no time is the recording or associated information released to the general public.

  10. Movementality Education may use sections of workshops and associated photos for advertising the sale of upcoming and recorded workshops.

  11. All information provided within workshops is purely at the control and liability of the presenter. Movementality Education aims to provide a variety of perspectives and training backgrounds, and we are not affilitated with any specific training organisations. We do not have a biase towards certain methodologies over others, but instead aim to bring strong presenters with clear and articulated ideas to the general Pilates training population.

  12. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure access to workshops. We will provide clear communication on how to access workshops, but take no responsibility for not attending on time, emails going to spam, failures in online access and internet connection.

  13. The presenters are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of the space they operate from, providing clear communication to the recording and online participants. Movementality Education will do our best to screen any potential problems, but are often operating remotely during the workshops.
